What the game saves

The game stores your best score, best progress toward Studies, completed Studies, unlocked and selected color palettes, and sound, haptics, and motion preferences locally on your device. This information lets you keep your progress and settings between sessions.

The game does not send those records to a developer-operated server. There are no developer-operated accounts, cloud saves, online leaderboards, analytics services, or advertising services in this version.

Your choices and deleting local data

You can change sound, haptics, and reduced motion in the pause menu. Deleting the app removes its local app data; offloading the app preserves that data. Device backups may contain app data and can restore it later, depending on your Apple settings. Manage or remove backups through your device or backup service.

There is no game account to delete. We cannot retrieve or restore a score or Study record from a developer server because we do not hold a copy there.

If you contact support

If you email skeletonbears+hack@gmail.com, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments or device details you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate problems, and provide support. Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Support correspondence is handled through Gmail, which processes messages under its own terms and privacy policy. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve and follow up on your request or meet legal obligations. You can use the same email address to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your support correspondence. We do not sell support information or use it for advertising.

Apple services

Apple processes App Store purchases and downloads. We do not receive your payment card details. Depending on your device settings and Apple services, Apple may process backups, diagnostics, and usage information and may make developer reports available. These platform services are governed by Apple’s privacy policy and your Apple privacy settings.

This website and external links

These home, support, and privacy pages contain no analytics scripts, advertising cookies, or embedded third-party media. Website hosting providers may process ordinary access logs, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and secure the website. External links and email services operate under their own privacy policies.

Children’s privacy

The game does not ask players for personal information. If you believe a child has included personal information in a support message, contact us so we can address the request and delete the information as appropriate.
